Higher Wisdom comes from the part of ourselves which is connected directly to Source/ the Present Moment. It comes to us to guide us through the twists and turns of life in a clearer, more fulfilling Dharmic way. 

Join Jeff Migdow, Holistic MD, and Reiki Master as we:

Jeff Migdow, M.D. is a holistic practitioner and Reiki master who has taught and practiced yoga for over 40 years. He lived at Kripalu Yoga Ashram for 15 years and directed Kripalu Yoga teacher training from 1990-1997. He is also the creator of Prana Yoga Teacher Training, a 200 hour yoga alliance approved training, which he had directed from 1997-2021 at the Open Center in NY and Princeton Center for Yoga and Health. He has led numerous workshops on Yoga, Lifestyle and Inner Wisdom.

Jeff will have Reiki/ Remedy sessions at the yoga studio before and after the workshop and possibly Saturday 11/08 in the afternoon. Contact him at horus888@aol.com for more information.
