Everoak is a three-acre farm operated by husband-and-wife team Mike and Nikki Garcia, dedicated to growing a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables using bio-intensive gardening techniques and regenerative farming practices.

Always on the lookout for new and interesting locations, we stopped by during last winter’s tour to get a feel for the space and consider setting a table. It sure feels great here!

Guest chef Lordfer Lalicon’s restaurant, Kaya, has received wide acclaim, including a recent James Beard Foundation Best Chef nomination. The vision for Kaya includes not only cooking beautiful and soulful Filipino food, but also nourishing a sense of community. At Everoak, we celebrate Chef Lalicon’s approach with a table set among the ingredients for the meal.
