Each year, as part of our dedication to original and innovative theatre, Valencia College has hosted a playwright competition/search for themed 5-minute one-acts.  This year a NEW approach yielded amazing moments of theatre!
7 Playwrights who have excelled over the last decade with us were commissioned to write not one, but TWO 5 minute one acts.
The theme of the first was "ART"
The theme of the second was "WORLD WITHOUT ART".
The results are thought provoking, humorous, sincere, heart breaking and inspiring!
Join over 30 of our Acting II students, 15 of our Student Directors, and these brand-new works from amazing playwrights for our evening of one acts, all under the guidance of our Valencia Theatre Producer.
FEATURING ALL ORIGINAL WORKS BY
Bobbie Bell, Tracey Jane, Erik Keevan, Tony Pelham, Ava Petroski, Ken Preuss, and Sarah Ward.
