Meditation at The little Gem

Join us at The little Gem, for an evening of relaxation and calm.

Meditation helps:

During this session you will spend time focusing and relaxing, often a hard thing to combine. By experiencing a deep sense of relaxation, our subconscious often becomes awakened.
