Mindful Yoga and Meditation by Candlelight

Join us once a month for mindful yoga and meditation by candlelight. Take part in a slow, peaceful yoga practice followed by a guided mindful meditation in a safe, calming atmosphere in the heart of Long Crendon.

Suitable for all abilities. No prior yoga experience required.
