Sound is believed to have the ability to move lymphatic fluid, relax muscle and fascia, break up scar tissue, regulate the central nervous system by toning the vagus nerve, and build new limbic pathways that can help heal from trauma and addiction. Come and see for yourself how sound healing can benefit your body and mind!

Julia’s sound meditations always begin with the powerful resonance of crystal singing bowls, each tone carrying with it the potential for deep relaxation and release. These soothing vibrations have the ability to calm the nervous system and balance our chakras, easing tension and stress from both body and mind. Feel the weight of the day melt away as you surrender to the healing embrace of sound.

Every one of Julia’s sound baths is unique, incorporating a variety of instruments. Instruments that you may experience in these sound baths include RAV drum, frame drum, rattles and shakers, chimes and bells, gong, shamanic flute, and many others. Each session will begin with a short mantra practice and end with affirmations. These are incredible healing practices that you can use at home to continue on your healing journey.
