Join me (Elle) in Walking with Earth on Mondays 10:30am – 12:30pm (Weather permitting)
You are invited to walk gently upon the land, to listen, to breathe, and to remember your belonging.
On Monday mornings we gather beneath the canopy of ancient woodland, where roots whisper and the air hums with quiet wisdom.
Together we will spend two hours immersed in Mother Nature’s embrace walking slowly, listening deeply, and opening our senses to her teachings. The forest holds stories older than time itself, and when we walk with intention, she begins to share them.
Each week brings a new journey through the woodlands a different path, a new corner of the forest to explore. We will connect with the land, the flora and fauna, the stones, the mycelium, and the shifting light that moves through the trees. Through gentle ceremony, guided journeying, foraging, and connection, Elle will lead you in discovering the living spirit of the Earth and the wisdom she longs to share.
There will be moments for journaling, quiet reflection, and personal / guided communication with nature. These walks are an invitation to remember your place within the web of life, to awaken the conversation between your heart and the land, and to gather the ancient knowing that rises when we walk in reverence.
Bring a basket for small foraged treasures, a journal for your reflections, and a light coat or something small to sit upon if the ground is damp.
£15 per session
