Sidmouth Hospice at Home is the Sid Valley’s own hospice service, providing free, specialist end of life care to patients in the comfort of home, along with support to loved ones before and beyond bereavement.

The hospice service is funded by donations alone and provides a 24/7 team of specialist nurses and a range of support services.
Whilst representing excellent value in every way, in the coming year it will cost more than £1million to care for those in need across the Valley.

It is a hospice service funded by the community, for the community. Every donation makes a difference.
