Alow yourself the time you so deserve. Together, we shall connect in a safe, non-judgemental space and as such, numbers shall be low (no more 10) which I feel is an important aspect of this self-care space.

These 2 hours will include aspects of meditation, relaxation, sound healing, energy healing - who knows, we may even pull a card ? I shall encourage you to journal what comes up for you.

In energetic exchange, this session will be £20 (£10 in advance to secure your place) and you will bring:

✅️Water to remain hydrated 
✅️Your own pillow/blankets/cushion/meditation cushion to be comfortable for you (chairs will be provided if you prefer)
✅️Journal, pen, paper
✅️Anything else to help you relax (socks, blindfold etc)
✅️Trust
✅️An open heart ❤️
✅️A smile

If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended this is removed for the Sound healing.
