The Iowa Open will not have Handicaps.

These rules are the same as in the Iowa Open, therefore we will play this singles tournament following the same rules.
**Rules & Dress Code**
* **Matches played following UPL UpScore handicap**
* **30 Minutes Matches**
* **30 Seconds Shot clock**
* **40 Dollars includes green fees**
* **Double knock-out to the last 8 players**
* **Collared or polo shirt**
* **Dress slacks/trousers (any color)**
* **All-black sneakers or dress shoes**
* **No hats or headphones/earbuds during play**
* **Dress code strictly enforced**
* **Spots only reserved for paid players**
