Abby Dosen, author of Realistic Self Care for Moms, an interactive guide to self-care for busy moms by a busy mom, will lead this important conversation on the essence of self care. Join Dosen for an honest drive through the highs and lows of motherhood, and why it's time to silence the "mom guilt" and prioritize the self care which you deserve.

There are two opportunities to deep dive into this conversation:

Westside on Wed., Feb. 4 at Wild Iris Home + SAGE Babes + Tots, located at 36840 Detroit Road in The Shoppes of Olde Avon Village.

Eastside on Thurs., Feb. 5 at CLE Urban Winery, located at 2180 Lee Road in Cleveland Heights.

Each session will be hosted from 6:30-8:30PM and will includes bites + beverages.
