Then, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative space to receive healing sounds, vibrations, and energy.Leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and empowered - with simple tools you can take into your own self-care rituals at home.Please note: I will be using pure essential oils and nut-based carrier oils during the session. If you have any allergies, medical concerns or you are pregnant, please contact me before booking so I can advise whether this experience is suitable for you.What to Bring:A clean, makeup-free face (to get the most from the self- face massage experience)A water bottle (hydration supports detox and relaxation)Comfortable clothing (layers are best as your body temperature may shift)A blanket, cushion/pillow and bolster (for comfort during the sound bath)Yoga/padded mat (something soft to lie on)An eye mask or scarf (for deeper immersion in the sound bath)Optional:Crystals or talismans to place nearby during the sound bathA small mirror (to help guide your face massage if desired)Doors open at 6:45 PM and will close promptly at 7:00 PM to avoid disrupting others. Entry will not be permitted after this time, and tickets will be forfeited. Please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment and to get settled before we begin promptly at 7:00 PM.Refunds and CancellationsWe would not be able to offer a refund for this event, however we would do our best to try and re allocate your ticket, but there is no guarantee.If you are unable to make the day, please contact us to let us know so that we are not waiting for you to arrive. If you know you can no longer make the day, please let us know and we may offer your place to someone else.By booking and attending the session you agree to our terms and conditions and also accept the liability waiver for this in person event.
