About the event

Heal Yourself with Gratitude

How can we break lifelong patterns and truly take control of our own healing and well-being? Many of you are already committed to your physical and emotional health—eating well, exercising, going to therapy, meditating, and more. Yet, we all face blocks and challenges we haven't been able to overcome. Based on my experience and studies, I've designed this class to offer steps, support, and perspective to help you make those shifts.
