We will start by honoring the spirit of Cacao then flow into Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, using intentional breathing techniques to release tension, awaken clarity, and deepen connection to self and spirit. The evening will close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you—integrating the practice and leaving you in a state of grounded renewal.We will be on the grass so please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket.
