Heart of Florida District along with our Polk, Highland & Hendry County Chapter Members and their family and friends, will be helping Lakeview Memorial Garden to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

This national event, open to all, is a time to honor veterans and their families by placing wreaths on graves in cemeteries and memorials across the country. Wreaths Across America encourages community participation through volunteering or sponsoring wreaths.
