Join me for a deeply nourishing Roll & Release Workshop focused on the hips, legs and feet — the foundations that carry you through life.
Using foam rollers and myofascial release balls, we’ll gently target the fascia of the lower body to dissolve tension, ease pain, and soften areas of tightness and restriction. This is slow, intentional work designed to hydrate the tissues, improve mobility, and restore a sense of spaciousness and flow.
Perfect for anyone experiencing tight hips, heavy legs, sore feet, or that familiar feeling of lower-body constriction from sitting, training, or simply doing life.
