'I was privileged to do my training withy KWY in Grantown on Spey in Scotland. We were a group of 9 and Katie gave us an excellent experience. We met for a long weekend every month for 6 months and had one intensive week. The Asana practice was deep and thorough each day we met and my own practice developed over time. We covered the history and other topics as required but I feel Katie promoted the spiritual aspects of yoga in great depth. I hope to take forward what I have learnt in a way that will benefit others, as I have benefited myself from my training.'
