In a world that moves so quickly, we invite you to step away from the noise and into a space of calm, connection, and presence.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening held in a beautiful, cosy tipi, nestled beneath the gentle canopy of Scots pine trees. 

Surrounded by nature, this is your opportunity to truly pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

As the evening unfolds, you’ll be guided through a restorative sound bath  - allowing soothing vibrations to wash over you, helping to release tension and bring your mind and body into balance. Alongside this, gentle Mindfulness practices will support you in grounding, reconnecting, and finding stillness within. 🧘‍♀️

As the light fades, we’ll gather around the warm glow of the fire to share a nourishing meal together. 🔥

There’s something truly special about eating in nature, connecting with others, and enjoying simple moments under the open sky.

This experience is about:
