Expressive Movement with Expressive Life

Discover the power of movement and music with Expressive Movement – a conscious dance practice created by Sian Palmer in 2009. Inspired by Movement Medicine, 5 Rhythms, Laban Movement, and Jungian Theory, this practice guides you through five phases of a “wave,” each linked to an element – earth, fire, water, air, and ether – helping you explore, release, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect:
