Zumba Gold

Engage in low-impact dance fitness designed for active older adults, beginners, and those returning to exercise led by licensed Zumba Gold instructor, Concetta Snyder. This 10 week session will take place on Thursdays, January 15 - March 19 from 1 - 2 p.m. Improve balance, coordination, mobility, and cardiovascular health while enjoying upbeat music in a supportive environment. Modifications and progression options are available so you can keep things at your own pace!
Cost: $80 for all 10 weeks or $10 per class
