What is an Empath?
Empaths absorb other people's emotions and are highly attuned to other people's moods, good and bad. They feel everything, sometimes to an extreme which can potentially be exhausting for them.
We will discuss self-care tools and techniques through the practice of Yoga and Ayurveda (a sister Science of Yoga) to manage your empath and cultivate it into a superpower rather than kryptonite.
This workshop is for yoga teachers, students, counselors, therapists, healers, space holders, sensitive individuals.
