Yoga for Optimal Baby Positioning

This workshop is designed for pregnant students in their second or third trimester who want to support their baby’s best positioning for birth. Through targeted movement, breathwork, and education, we’ll explore how to create more space in the pelvis, release tension in the low back and hips, and encourage optimal fetal positioning—particularly in the weeks leading up to labor.

Led by a certified prenatal yoga teacher and birth doula, this class blends yoga, Spinning Babies-inspired techniques, and body alignment principles to help you feel more informed and empowered about your baby’s position.

You’ll learn:

Key positions to avoid and embrace during late pregnancy

Daily movement and rest habits that encourage optimal fetal alignment

Yoga postures to open the pelvis and release tension in the uterine ligaments

Breath and relaxation techniques that support both positioning and mindset

All levels welcome.
