From there, we’ll move into guided vocal toning through the chakras, using easy, non-performative sounds to bring awareness and vibration through the body’s energy centers. We will also have some fun using vocal exercises as a group to move energy. Beginner's mind and a playful heart are the only requirements!We’ll close with a deeply restorative mantra and sound immersion, featuring gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, flute, and other live instrumentation.
