Val(U)e Support Group

In this weeks session we will be creating 'future me' letters. Writing and decorating letters to ourselves with intention and our goals for the end of the year and being transparent with what we are looking forward to. (pens, markers, paper, envelopes & stickers will be provided - also feel free to bring your own).

Val(u)e's mission is to help women connect with eachother and connect deeper with themselves to help & inspire to connect to the absolute best version o ourselves so we can achieve and live the life we desire. Included in the sessions will be conversation prompts, inner worksheets and activities. Each session will be designed differently. There is an 8 limit capacity at the moment.
