TRANSIT ADVENTURE (2/23) | Austin Central Library

TRANSIT ADVENTURE (2/23) | Austin Central Library

When the city of Austin unveiled its brand-new, flagship Central Library we were WOWED! Thousand and thousands of people have flocked downtown to explore the new building, which includes a technology "petting zoo," event center, rooftop gardens and a restaurant! If you haven't been there yet, it's a ton of fun -- until you realize everyone else is heading there too, which means a car-pocalypse!

MAKE IT A TRANSIT ADVENTURE! Capital Metro  & the Meaningful Minimalism Meetup invite you for a free transit trip downtown for a guided tour of what TIME Magazine has recognized as "One of the World's Greatest Places. We'll ride the bus together so you can spend more time exploring the Central Library and less time circling the Seaholm District for parking.

11:00 AM CHECK-IN | Meet us at the Brodie Oaks Station - Northbound so we can get oriented to the Capital Metro system and make our way to the bus stop together.

While you're downtown, you might even check out the SFC's Downtown Farmer's Market at Republic Square Park.
