Trail Running 201
This is the second edition in our spring series of educational trail running sessions.
Trail Running 201 focuses on the practical application of trail running technique and skills. Specifically, we focus on uphill and downhill running technique as well as running flow and balance.
Our expert Spectrum coaches will demonstrate several techniques for uphill and downhill running as well provide tips and practice lessons for improving running flow and balance on technical terrain.
This is a hands-on session. Come prepared to run, work hard, and learn.
