-Tight-fitting athletic clothing with sleeves and legs, such as a t-shirt and leggings or tactical pants.  Please no skirts or sleeveless shirts.
-Bottle of water.
-Trimmed and filed nails.
-Shoes that can be taken off before class. We train barefoot on the padded mats.
-Willingness to try something new for one hour.
