The Sommly Sommelier Team in collaboration with Uncorked Vintage Academia's Educators would like to extend this invitation to you - what better opportunity to explore in this comparative tasting workshop of over 12 wines from around the globe produced in ancestral and contemporary methods as we baste in the dog summer days!

The tasting has a range from wines of process: sparkling wines made in the rural ancestral method, as well as the classic champenoise traditional method, including, whites, rosé, wines with some skin maceration, non-vintage, and vintage (10 + years) - as well as single vineyard boutique bottlings.

We'll explore wines from over 13 distinct regions, from 8 countries:

FRANCE- Champagne, Bordeaux, Jura and Rhone Valley.

GERMANY- Mosel

MEXICO- Queretaro

SPAIN - Catalunya

CROATIA- Istria

UNITED STATES- Texas, New Mexico , Virginia

GREECE- Ioannina
