The "Damn Torpedo Trio" Unplugged Tribute to Tom Petty!

Back by popular demand! The Damn Torpedoes celebrate the Holidays and 16 years paying tribute to Tom Petty @ the Saxon Pun performing songs from his deep musical catalog! Join The Torpedo Trio in an intimate “unplugged, storyteller” setting on Saturday, Dec 13th at 8pm!

The Damn Torpedoes’ definitive tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers was born in 2009 here in Austin, TX, starting modestly, cutting their teeth by performing songs from the vast Petty catalog in the clubs along S.Lamar Blvd - including many memorable shows at the Saxon Pub!

Over the course of that time, the band amassed roughly 80 songs in their repertoire of Petty compositions, and Heartbreaker live performance cuts, and has recreated them for audiences in clubs, and at festivals and private events all across the United States.
