At approximately Noon, a public rally and presser media event will be held at the federal courthouse plaza, followed by a parade (or march) towards the Capitol complex to have all Defendants served, plus some group photo-ops along the way.
THIS WILL BE AN HISTORIC EVENT - DO NOT MISS OUT!!
The landmark class action legal arguments expose and crush the state family courts for several big reasons.  If you are a "noncustodial" parent with less than 50/50 parenting time share from an active or recent Texas court case, you are likely eligible to join the class action as another co-plaintiff Member.
THIS will be an event to be proud of the rest of your life - stories to share with children and grandchildren, because YOU were there when it actually happened!  First, there was the Boston Tea Party, then there was the March on Washington, and finally there were TEXANS who finally caused the family court walls of Jericho to fall and crumble into pieces!
