Please join me in welcoming K.Woo! from Arch Rival to our state for an amazing day of roller derby coaching Sunday, January 11!
This clinic is open to all (Junior and Adult Skaters) and features a BONUS Off-Skates Fitness Workshop Session with local Austin group fitness instructors. Learn/Experience how adding an off-skates program to your week can increase your stamina, coordination, and footwork.

My Goal, Hope, and Inspiration for hosting this event:
Expand Roller Derby knowledge in Texas and surrounding areas by offering skaters the opportunity to learn from various skaters worldwide, gaining fresh perspectives, and inspiring new ideas.

Approx Schedule:
9:30am - 10:00am Check-in/Waiver Signing/Merch Sales/Warm up
10:00am - 12:30pm Fitness Workshop Session (FYI, this session is off-skates)
12:30pm - 1:00pm Check-in/Waiver Signing/Break/Warm up
1:00pm - 2:00pm Sk8wTinisha Sk8Dance Crew Session
2:00pm - 2:05pm Transition into Adult Clinic/Check in/Warm Up
2:05pm - 6:00pm Adult Clinic - 3 hrs with K. Woo! and 1 hr of combined training with Freight Train (a small break will happen at some point)
6:00pm - Goodbye/Thanks for coming/Merch Sales
