St. Elmo’s full-service experience: The cold ones keep comin’ — so sit back, relax, and enjoy your Carls and traditional Kölsch service!

Kölsch Service is a historical beer serving tradition in Cologne, Germany (the birthplace of Kölsch beer) where table-side service is provided to patrons.

👉🏼When you arrive, purchase a coaster for $12. Your beer will be continuously replenished by servers. Enjoy 4 stanges of Carl and never leave your seat! This ensures that the beer is always fresh, cold, and continuously flowing.

Food trucks will be open! Come enjoy a day of CARL!
