Lauren will then guide everyone through the breathwork cycles, supporting each participant along the breathing journey.There will be an integration period to process, reflect, and journal.Afterwards, a delicious herbal tea and light snacks will be provided and participants will be given the space to share their experience, if desired.What to BringPlease bring a yoga mat, journal, water bottle and anything else you might need. Wear comfortable clothing that you can lie down in.
