Join us in a creative and supportive space where women come together to move, express, and connect. Through intuitive dance and embodied movement, we honor our bodies as vessels of wisdom and release. We gather not just to dance, but to witness one another with presence, joy, and compassion.
After movement, we open the space for heartfelt sharing, gentle reflection, and deep listening. This is a space to share and be held by a circle of women walking their own paths of healing and self-discovery, and finding connection in how they weave together.
No experience required; come with an open heart & mind.
Optional: bring a journal, something for the altar, a nourishing snack to share.
