Releasing Negative Emotional Patterns

Often negative emotional patterns were put in place by our bodies and minds as defenses. Sometimes we are able to let these negative emotions go quickly. Other times, we “don’t have time to deal with it” and we push processing our emotions aside. And then, there are times where a pain or trauma is so deep that it overwhelms us and we get stuck. We don't know how to move through our emotions and we experience physical or emotional pain.
Come learn how to navigate through these energetic blocks and release negative emotional patterns that are no longer serving you. Come be empowered and supported with essential oils and Kundalini Yoga!
On Friday February 22, 2019, we will gather together at Casa de Luz to:
work with the body through Kundalini Yoga and meditation to bring about balance and positive changes to our lives
learn ways we can raise our awareness of what triggers our negative emotional patterns
experience therapeutic grade essential oils and discover how they can support the body to release both deeply stored emotions as well as restore emotional balance on a daily basis
relax and receive a sonic gong bath to help vibrate away negative emotions and support the work we’ve done together
Join us for an evening of learning and relaxing. Looking forward to seeing you there! We will meet in Casa de Luz's Tranquility Room from 6:30pm- 8:30pm.
Tranquility Room is located at the back of the courtyard. From the main path of Casa de Luz, go to the right. You will pass the Serena Room on your left and then will be able to see the picnic tables in the courtyard. Go through the courtyard and you will see the door to Tranquility. There will be signs as well.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a parking lot directly across the entrace of Casa de Luz. Please feel free to park here if you are driving. Bike racks are available as well. 220 Lamar/ Toomey is the nearest bus stop.
What can I bring into the event?
If you have your own yoga mat, bolster, and blanket, fantastic! Please bring them. If you don't- no worries! We will have some mats and blankets to share. A water bottle, journal, pen/ pencil will also be helpful. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be doing some light movement and sitting on the floor.
