- **Event Description**: I’m so excited to share that I am part of launching a brand new nonprofit Strong: The Men's Mental Health Initiative dedicated to promoting honest, meaningful conversations about men’s mental health. It’s been a long time coming—and this month we’re hosting our inaugural event in Austin.

We’ll be screening the powerful documentary “The Mask You Live In”—a film that explores how narrow definitions of masculinity are harming our boys, our men, and our culture. After the screening, we’ll host a panel discussion with three incredible voices:

Brad Kennington, LMFT-S, LPC-S 
Expert on men, body image, and eating disorders.

Simon Niblock, MA, LMFT 
Expert on men's mental health and relationships.

Lindsey Heddleston LCSW
Expert on middle schoolers, teens, and parenting.

This event is open to the public, and we’re creating space for both community conversation and deeper understanding of what our boys and men are up against—and how we can do better.

� Tickets are donation-based, so everyone is welcome.
