Both patterns live in the sacral chakra, the energy center that holds our emotional body, creativity, sensitivity, connection, and the fluidity of being human.

This workshop is not about diving into your deepest emotions, but about exploring your relationship with feeling itself.

Together, we will gently explore:

✨ What comes up when you try to feel your emotions
✨ Whether feeling feels scary, unsafe, overwhelming, or simply unfamiliar
✨ The childhood messages you received about emotions — spoken or unspoken
✨ Where numbness, shutdown, or emotional floods began
✨ How these patterns show up in your body, relationships, and the sacral chakra

You will be guided through somatic awareness, reflective prompts, and group connection exercises to bring curiosity and compassion to your emotional world — without forcing anything to open.

This is for you if:

We’re weaving together Hanna’s passion for the chakras — especially the Sacral Chakra and its remembrance of joy, creativity, and flow — through energy weaving, guided visualization, and universal parts work, alongside Josh’s gifts in authentic relating, somatic play, and therapeutic connection.

Your guides:
? Josh — Licensed therapist with a background in Somatic Experiencing, parts work, and circling facilitation. Known for his gift in weaving profound, authentic connections.

? Hanna — Intuitive Chakra Healer, Energy Weaver, somatic guide, and universal parts work practitioner. She helps you remember your true essence beneath the layers of trauma and conditioning.

We first met in a transformational workshop, and recently got married — committing ourselves to sacred union within and between us. Together, we blend the wisdom of the chakras with the heart-expanding magic of authentic community, working on all layers: spiritual, energetic, emotional, and physical.
