Event details:
Join me for an immersive breathwork event designed for deep self-exploration and a nervous system reset. This guided session will facilitate access to altered states of consciousness through intentional breathwork, enhancing introspection, discovery, and stress reduction. The practice will incorporate parts work therapy, a powerful approach to understanding and integrating different facets of the psyche. The event will conclude with an opportunity to engage in integration practices, helping you assimilate the new insights gained from the experience.
All are welcome, whether you are experienced with breathwork or just curious about the practice!
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Sliding scale price of $25-$40. Pay what you can within this range or reach out to me if you are unable to afford and need assistance.
