📚 Day Courses (3-hour limit):
🟢 White: 2–3 km
🟡 Yellow: 3–5 km
🟠 Orange: 4–7 km
🔴 Brown: 3–5 km
🔴 Red: 4–7 km

🌙 Night-O Score-O:
1-hour limit • 1 point per control • −1 per late minute • DQ after 10 minutes
