You'll make three delicious sushi rolls from scratch: a classic California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a fresh Vegetable Roll. From your first roll to your last, you'll build confidence with each step and learn techniques you can easily recreate at home.Once your rolls are ready, you'll slice, plate, garnish, and—most importantly—enjoy your creations alongside your fellow sushi lovers.
