HYROX Half Sim @F45 Training Domain

• What: A HYROX Half Simulation — a practice version of a HYROX race combining running with functional fitness stations tailored to roughly half the distance and workload of a full HYROX challenge. Participants in either singles or doubles move through a series of running segments and scaled functional stations (like sled pushes/pulls, SkiErg, burpees, and carries) to test pacing, strength, stamina, and race strategy in a supportive group setting. HYROX and F45 partnered to offer structured HYROX training experiences, blending endurance and functional work in a community format.

  3220 Amy Donovan Plaza, Ste 124, Austin, TX 78758 — a high-energy functional training studio offering community-focused workouts and HYROX prep classes.

• When: February 28, 2026
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Race-style simulation: Alternating runs with HYROX-style functional challenges.
• Race Format : Singles/Doubles
• Scalable for fitness levels: Designed so all participants pushing their limits can train, benchmark, and learn pacing strategy.
