Healing Arts for your Mental Health with Kelli Foulkrod

This two-hour workshop will teach you a new perspective of your heart, spirit, and soul to transform your relationship with your mind. You will learn tools to create expansion and release yourself from states of anxiety, depression, and trauma. We will use ceremony, yoga, meditation, guided imagery, healing arts exercises, aromatherapy, and trauma releasing exercises to shift your view of suffering and turn your poison into medicine for your personal growth. This workshop is experiential and provides psychoeducation. You will get hands-on learning experiences and tips to build your self-care healing practice at home and connect with a community for your healing path. Come learn a new paradigm for healing mental health!

About Kelli:
Kelli Foulkrod, M.S., LPA, LPC, RYT is a psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and student of the healing arts traditions. She has been working in the mental health field for 16 years, teaching therapeutic and trauma-informed yoga for nine years, and studying the healing arts for six years. Kelli offers holistic psychotherapy services in private practice in Austin Texas to offer alternatives to mainstream mental health treatments. She is passionate about educating and empowering people to be their own healers and to reclaim their sovereignty in their healthcare to make informed choices. Kelli serves individuals, groups, and couples and offers workshops and series that integrate the heart, spirit, and soul back into the body for optimal mental well being.
