Golden Hour is an Austin-based fitness and wellness experience created to bring people together through movement, music, local brands, and community impact.

Our next Golden Hour takes place September 6 at Willow Country Bar in Austin and combines a high-energy workout with interactive fitness challenges, a DJ-driven social mixer, wellness vendors, recovery experiences, and a charitable giveback.

THE EXPERIENCE

The event kicks off with a HIIT class brought to you by Nouree, setting the tone with an energetic group workout designed for a range of fitness levels.

Following the workout, DJ Sickflip takes over as Golden Hour transitions into a cardio-inspired social mixer where guests can explore vendors, connect with the community, participate in challenges, and enjoy the venue.

WHO WE'RE BRINGING TOGETHER

Golden Hour attracts a diverse Austin fitness and wellness community—from gym regulars and athletes to Pilates, HIIT, run-club and wellness enthusiasts, as well as people simply looking for a fun and approachable way to get active and meet new people.

The goal isn't to cater to one type of athlete. Golden Hour creates a space where different corners of Austin's fitness community come together.

We are partnering with Shoes That Fit to help provide new athletic shoes to children in need, with a focus on giving back to students in the Austin community.
