Fermentation Lab & Tasting
Join the founders of Pickle My Fancy Superfood Ferments in an educational, hands-on workshop for folks eager to learn the powerful craft of fermentation. In class, you'll create your very own sauerkraut, gain a step-by-step understanding of the fermentation process, and learn from experts about the dos and don'ts of this ancient craft and of course, the difference between a pickle and a ferment. In addition to the Fermentation Lab, we'll explore the endless possibilities of flavors and techniques through a tasting of Pickle My Fancy's fermented veggies and brines.In this class, you will
make your own jar of sauerkraut to take home and enjoy in a week
learn about the difference between pickling and fermentation
hear from two experts about their tips and tricks for top notch ferments
receive a digital workshop with fermenting info and a sauerkraut recipe,
experiment with flavors, and
taste the rainbow offerings of Pickle My Fancy.
Workshops are reschedulable or refundable up to 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours, you may send someone in your place. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will not be seated. One person per ticket, unless otherwise noted for couples classes. No kids.
