Fall Equinox Ceremony: Return to Balance

As the sun crosses the celestial equator, the day and night come into perfect balance. The Fall Equinox invites us to pause, reflect, and realign with nature’s rhythms. It is a threshold—between light and dark, movement and stillness, outward striving and inward listening.

Join Tej and Ray for a soul-nourishing evening of connection, music, and inner alchemy. This immersive experience will guide you through a ceremonial arc designed to harmonize body, breath, and being with the seasonal shift.

The evening will include:
🌅 Opening song by Ray as you arrive and settle in
💫 Seasonal teaching to support you in making the most of this
🎶 Live music, poetry, and deep relaxation
🌬 Seated pranayama to balance the nervous system
🌀 A multisensory meditation journey with kaleidoscopic visuals, djembe, singing bowls, and gong
🎼 Full sound healing immersion while resting in stillness
🌙 Closing song and shared intention to carry the energy forward

This experience is open to all levels and bodies. Come as you are, and leave feeling recalibrated, restored, and reconnected to the pulse of the Earth and the rhythm within.

Yoga mat and any props for comfort
