Day Course in Mindfulness Meditation
SINCE 1991, THE DAY COURSE IN MINDFULNESS HAS TAUGHT THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE HOW TO BEGIN OR RECONNECT WITH A DAILYMEDITATION PRACTICE.
In this six hour program, you will progress through an intensive study and practice of mindfulness meditation: what it is, what it isn't, and how to do it in our daily lives to reduce stress, manage pain, help with sleep issues, weight issues, healing processes, and much more.
Simple, practical, accessible, educational, and engaging.
Blending theory and practice, the six hours will allow time to explore various mindfulness practices, including: breathing, concentration, eating, walking, body scan, mini-meditations, and more.
You will also learn some of the latest scientific research being conducted on mindfulness, and how it has been clinically proven to increase the health of our mind, body, and brain.
