Connect with Your Inner Child: A yoga Workshop For Joyful Connection

Hey friends! Ever feel like you need a little break to reconnect with that playful, carefree part of yourself? Well, I've got just the thing for you! Join me for a unique and heartwarming workshop where we'll dive deep to connect with our inner child, just in time for Halloween.

What to Expect:

• Yoga Poses: We'll start with some grounding yoga to help us feel relaxed and connected.
• Inner Child Meditation: A special meditation to meet and embrace your inner child.
• Gong Relaxation: Let the soothing sounds of the gong wash over you, melting away any stress.
• Journaling & Creativity: I'll provide journaling prompts to help you explore your inner world. Not a fan of writing? No worries! I'll have coloring books, crayons, plain paper for drawing, and even play dough for you to express yourself.
• Closing Circle Ceremony: We'll end with a heartfelt circle, sharing our experiences and celebrating our inner children.

Dress Up & Bring Your Inner Child:

• Feel free to come dressed up in whatever your inner child inspires! Let your intuition guide you.
• Bring a picture of your inner child or an object that connects you to them. It's a beautiful way to honor that part of yourself.

This workshop is inspired by my own journey through the 12-step program for Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families (ACA). It truly changed my life, and I want to share that transformative power with you. It's a chance to reconnect, heal, and have some fun along the way!
