I’m Brian Murray, the founder of Motive Training here in South Austin, and I’ll be leading the session. I’ve spent the last 17 years coaching people through pain, mobility limitations, and performance goals, with a strong focus on helping athletes and active adults better understand their joints so they can move with more confidence and less discomfort.
This clinic is part of the mobility and joint health work we do every day at Motive Training ATX. We’ll break down the key joints and positions most relied on for running, including the ankles, knees, hips, and spine, and show you how to train them with intention using KINSTRETCH principles.
