Breakfast and Banter with HERdacity: Balancing Motherhood, Career and Self
Do you work outside the home? Stay at home with kids? Or do a mixture of both?
If you’re like many women with children, you are constantly conflicted about the trade-offs between work, family, and self, wondering:
Am I spending the right amount of time with my kids?
Am I shortchanging myself?
Is what I’m currently doing with my time the best and truest use of my talents and opportunities?
Should I reassess my outlook on “career”?
Am I doing enough or too much for my kids?
Join Mary Flanagan, President of Herdacity, a women's leadership non-profit supporting women in and out of the workplace. Mary will lead a discussion on the constraints and opportunties mothers face and how women can collaborate to support each other in their work and life choices to find better balance in their life.
