Biomechanics for Longevity

Please join us for this low impact and scalable workshop. Using the wall, a yoga mat and props in some new and unusual ways, attendees will learn how our muscles, bones and joints work in tandem for overall strength, stability, balance, and functional human movement patterns both on and off the yoga mat. 

With an emphasis on neuromuscular connectivity, core stability and muscular isolation, we’ll make our way head to toe exploring various smooth dynamic and isometric movement pattern promoting 
integration, flexibility & increased range of motion.
